Our Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and unwashed. You’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. View Our Full Policy Here.
Request a return
1. Log in to your account here.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
4. Click "Request return".
Print your label
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Print your return shipping label and attach it to the package.
Bag it up
Pack the items you're returning. Attach your return label to the package containing your return items. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
Drop it off
Give the package to USPS. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
