We completely get it, we change our minds too! We accept cancellations up until your order is shipped. Please message or email at contact@kowendesigns.com to cancel.

After your order has been shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel at this time.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 

● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.

You can return your unwashed, unworn apparel items within 14 days for a refund! Please visit our returns guide for instructions. Items not eligible for return are sale items marked as "Final Sale", and washed/worn items.

All personalized items are FINAL SALE. Please review all items carefully before placing your order. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase.

We offer refunds to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@kowendesigns.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you ASAP.

We accept exchanges of eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Final sale items, items listed as not eligible for return, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. To request an exchange, go to the returns guide.

Yes! We offer customization options on select products. If you’d like to adjust a design or create a completely custom order, please reach out to us with your ideas. We’ll work with you to make something special, depending on availability and printing options.

Absolutely! Many of our products come in a variety of colors and styles. When you select an item, you’ll see available options for colors, sizes, and similar listings will show different styles (like t-shirts, hoodies, or tank tops). If you have something specific in mind, feel free to reach out!

Yes, we offer bulk pricing and discounts for large orders! If you’re interested in ordering multiple items for an event, group, or special occasion, please reach out to us for a custom quote. We’ll be happy to discuss pricing options to meet your needs.

We print all of our apparel items in-house to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Our accessories (mugs, bags, etc.) are produced by trusted partner manufacturers who share our commitment to quality.

We use DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing for all our apparel. DTF is a modern printing technique that transfers vibrant, detailed designs onto fabric using a special film. This method produces durable, high-quality prints with excellent color accuracy and a soft feel. DTF printing works great on various fabric types and allows us to create bold graphics that maintain their quality wash after wash.
