Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located above the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We accept cancellations within two hours of completing your purchase. Please message or email at contact@kowendesigns.com to cancel.

After two hours of your order being placed, we are unable to alter or cancel at this time.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you ship overseas?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

When will I receive my order?

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:  

USA: 2-5 business days  

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email us at kowen@kowendesigns.com 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 

● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

You can return your unwashed, unworn apparel items within 14 days for a refund! Please visit our returns guide for instructions. Items not eligible for return are sale items marked as "Final Sale", and washed/worn items.

All personalized items are FINAL SALE. Please review all items carefully before placing your order. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@kowendesigns.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you ASAP.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We accept exchanges of eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Final sale items, items listed as not eligible for return, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. To request an exchange, go to the returns guide.

Custom Orders

Can I customize a design or create a custom order?

Yes! We offer customization options on select products. If you’d like to adjust a design or create a completely custom order, please reach out to us with your ideas. We’ll work with you to make something special, depending on availability and printing options.

Can I choose different colors or styles for my printed items?

Absolutely! Many of our products come in a variety of colors and styles. When you select an item, you’ll see available options for colors, sizes, and similar listings will show different styles (like t-shirts, hoodies, or tank tops). If you have something specific in mind, feel free to reach out!

Do you offer bulk pricing or discounts for large orders?

Yes, we offer bulk pricing and discounts for large orders! If you’re interested in ordering multiple items for an event, group, or special occasion, please reach out to us for a custom quote. We’ll be happy to discuss pricing options to meet your needs.

Printing Process

Who prints your products?

We partner with trusted print providers to produce high-quality items. These companies allow us to offer a wide range of unique designs while ensuring excellent print quality and reliable shipping.

What types of printing methods do you use?

Our designs are printed using the highest quality professional direct to garment (DTG) process, meaning fabric-grade ink is printed directly onto the garment and blends with the fibers. This allows us to achieve a vintage style look on many of our designs, and a feel that is similar to screen printing (which avoids the thick rubbery feeling of vinyl).
